Ela and Ted founded the first Kombucha Café in Europe and the first commercial fermenter in Germany in 2015. There, they offer a unique and wide-ranging selection of local, delicious "boutique kombucha" in three different lines. At Café Bärbucha you can not only taste 19 Kombucha varieties as flights but also taste and of course buy 12 different ferments and other probiotic products.
