Ela and Ted founded the first Kombucha Café in Europe and the first commercial fermentation facility in Germany in 2015. There, you'll find a unique and wide selection of local, delicious "Boutique Kombucha" in three different lines. Vitalized water from LEOGANT has been an integral part of the sustainable preparation of this Kombucha, as well as all the ferments produced there, since 2016. At the Bärbucha Café, you can not only taste 19 Kombucha varieties as flights, but also try and of course buy 12 different ferments and other probiotic products.
