The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 5.50 € per order.
From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad flat rate as follows:
EU countries:
DHL GoGreen EU: 20,- Euro
From an order value of 1000,00 € we deliver free of charge to EU countries.
Switzerland:
DHL GoGreen CH: 40,- Euro
From an order value of 1000,00 € we charge a service fee of 80,00 € for the tax-free export declaration. We do not charge further shipping costs. Please note that import duties and import tax may apply in your country.
Rest of the world:
DHL GoGreen World: 60,- Euro
From an order value of 1000,00 € we charge a service fee of 80,00 € for the tax-free export declaration. We do not charge any further shipping costs. Please note that import duties and import tax may apply in your country.
Delivery times
As far as no other period is indicated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in the inland (Germany) within 3 - 7 days, with foreign deliveries within 7-14 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
