HAPPY CHEEZE
Vegan cheese may sound strange at first, but it tastes totally delicious. Dr. Mudar Mannah was actually an orthopaedist and trauma surgeon in his former life. Through his love of raw food he made a dream come true and hung up his coat and is now the hottest producer of vegan cheese made from cashew nuts in Germany. We originally met Mudar at the Rohvolution fair in Berlin, but our paths have crossed several times in other areas as well. Since water plays a very important role in vegan cheese production, Mudar has switched its entire production to our treated water after a test phase with our water. And so there is also a cheese in which Leogant water is hidden.
