HAPPY CHEEZE

Vegan cheese may sound strange at first, but it tastes really delicious. Dr. med. Mudar Mannah was actually an orthopedist and trauma surgeon in his earlier life. Through his love for raw food, he fulfilled a dream and hung up his lab coat and is now the hottest producer of vegan cashew cheese in Germany. We originally met Mudar at the Rohvolution trade fair in Berlin, but our paths have crossed several times in other areas as well. Since water plays a very crucial role in vegan cheese production, Mudar switched his entire production to our treated water after a test phase with our water. And so there is also a cheese in which LEOGANT water is hidden.
