JOCHEN NICKEL
The character actor Jochen Nickel has become an integral part of the German film landscape and has already worked with renowned directors such as Steven Spielberg, Roland Emmerich, Joseph Vilsmaier and Dennis Gansel. In recent years he has repeatedly appeared in the classic crime thriller Tatort. Nickel deliberately chooses animal-free alternatives in nutrition, clothing and lifestyle and lives a vegan life. Jochen came to our loft one day, because he had been looking for a long time to improve his water. It was important to him that he could take the filter with him on his shoots, because on the set there is always only water from plastic bottles. A friendship to Thomas and the whole Leogant team developed quickly. Jochen and Thomas have since attended several workshops together and Thomas walked the green carpet with Jochen at the Greentec Award in Berlin 2015. Jochen is one of the people for whom it is worthwhile to stick with our work, as it brings us into contact with wonderful people like Jochen.
