JOCHEN NICKEL
Character actor Jochen Nickel is an indispensable part of the German film scene and has worked with renowned directors such as Steven Spielberg, Roland Emmerich, Joseph Vilsmaier and Dennis Gansel. In recent years, he has repeatedly appeared in the crime classic Tatort. When it comes to nutrition, clothing and lifestyle, Nickel consciously chooses animal-free alternatives and lives vegan. Jochen came to our loft one day because he had been looking for a way to improve his water for quite some time. It was important to him that he could take the filter with him on his shoots, as there is always only water from plastic bottles on set. A friendship quickly developed with Thomas and the whole Leogant team. Since then, Jochen and Thomas have attended several workshops together, and Thomas accompanied Jochen on the Green Carpet at the Greentec Award in Berlin in 2015. Jochen is one of the people for whom it is worth sticking to our work, as it brings us into contact with wonderful people like Jochen.
