LOTOS YOGA BERLIN
Federico Mesa Althabe from Lotos Yoga Berlin has been living in Germany since 2005. He is actually a banker, but he traveled regularly to India for several years, where he expanded his knowledge of yoga in various yoga schools and ashrams and deepened his understanding of Indian culture. In Frankfurt a. M. he completed his yoga teacher training with an Indian yoga teacher. In 2010, he left Germany for a while to live in India and Southeast Asia. Back in Germany, he quit his job as a banker and opened the Lotos Yoga Studio in Berlin Friedrichshain, where he teaches classical yoga as he learned it from his Indian teachers. His goal is to convey yoga as a holistic experience, which, contrary to the widespread belief in the West, is much more than just a physical experience. His holistic approach also brought Federico to water, and so he offers his students filtered and revitalized water free of charge in the yoga studio so that the energies can flow well. After the course, there is often a homemade smoothie. We ourselves have been guests at Lotos Yoga and can only rave about the positive atmosphere and the lessons.
