SEBASTIAN COPIEN
Sebastian Copien is a veggie cook, cookbook author, surfer and vegetable gardener. We got to know Sebastian through our friend Boris Lauser. Sebastian runs a vegan cooking school in Thomas' hometown Munich, where naturally healthy water plays a decisive role. Sebastian has been working with water himself for several years and therefore we were even more pleased that he decided to work with us as a sought-after expert and that now privately as well as in his school treated water from Leogant flows.
