Sebastian Copien is a veggie chef, cookbook author, surfer, and vegetable gardener. We met Sebastian through our friend Boris Lauser. Sebastian runs a vegan cooking school in Thomas's hometown of Munich, where naturally healthy water plays a crucial role. Sebastian has spent several years studying water, so we were all the more pleased that he, as a sought-after expert, decided to work with us. Now, treated water from LEOGANT flows both privately and in his school.
