Boris Lauser is Raw-Food Chef, Culinary Artist and author. We got to know Boris a few years ago at the "Rohvolution" fair. In the time that followed, the paths of Thomas and Boris crossed several times and a close friendship developed between the two. Water has always been an important topic for Boris and he has been using a water filter for many years. Through Thomas Boris first came into contact with the vitalization of water. After a few tests and intensive discussions about the importance of structured water to better absorb nutrients, Boris decided to work with filtered and energized water from Leogant. Since then, this water has been one of the most important elements in his gourmet plant cuisine and of course in his daily diet.
