CON THO

While enjoying the cozy bamboo interior under the lanterns of Con Tho, and sipping on homemade lemonade, we once again feel strong gratitude for our fantastic partners. In Vietnamese, Con Tho means "rabbit," a name inspired by its location in Berlin's Hasenheide park, with a vegan/vegetarian-focused cuisine. The modern-traditional dishes are fresh and flavorful, with herbs and vegetables sourced from the region. All dishes are designed to be shared, as is customary in Vietnam. To ensure the flavors truly unfold, they forgo conventional tap water, with LEOGANT practically flowing through the employees' veins. Our premium water is not only served at the table but also used in the cooking pot, freshly treated and revitalized. The idea behind it is as simple as it is honest: just because guests may not see what's happening in the kitchen doesn't mean we skimp on dedication and care. This approach protects the environment and strengthens people. Incidentally, Con Tho is related to Oukan in Berlin-Mitte, the restaurant of designer Tran Mai Huy Thong and his team.
