CON THO

While we let our hunger grow bigger in the homey bamboo interior under lanterns of Con Tho and sip the homemade lemonade, we once again feel strong gratitude for our fantastic partners. Con Tho means "hare" in Vietnamese, the name is based on the location - the Berlin Hasenheide and the kitchen vegan/vegetarian designed. Fresh and spicy come the modern-traditional dishes, herbs and vegetables are from the region. All dishes are considered happy-to-share as is customary in Vietnam. So that the flavors can really unfold, conventional tap water is dispensed with; here, LEOGANT flows through the veins of the staff, so to speak. Our premium water is not only served at the table, but also ends up in the cooking pot. Freshly treated and vitalized. The idea behind this is as simple as it is honest: Just because guests may not be able to see what is happening in the kitchen, we do not skimp on dedication and care. In this way, the environment is protected and people are strengthened. By the way, Con Tho is a relative of Oukan in Berlin-Mitte, behind which the designer Tran Mai Huy Thong and his team are.
