FAIRMENT KOMBUCHA
Paul Seelhorst and Leon Benedens are passionate advocates for healthy food and a natural way of life. Their journey began in 2015 with the Paleo Convention, Europe's leading event for species-appropriate nutrition and a sustainable lifestyle. At the same time, their enthusiasm developed for kombucha, a living, fermented food that makes it easier to access bioactive microorganisms. Following in the tradition of their grandparents, they founded Fairment to bring fermented foods back into everyday life. The search for the ideal brewing process led them to the importance of water and the realization that first-class kombucha requires first-class water with spring water quality. LEOGANT water provided the perfect basis for their vital kombucha. Fairment became the first German, commercially available, certified organic and raw kombucha. Thanks to their efforts, Fairment was the first German kombucha brewery to brew its kombucha with filtered and revitalized water from LEOGANT. Their positive experience quickly spread in the community, and since then LEOGANT has been a household name for water quality in the kombucha scene.
