FAIRMENT KOMBUCHA
Paul Seelhorst and Leon Benedens are passionate ambassadors of healthy food and the natural way of life. Their journey began in 2015 with the Paleo Convention, Europe's leading event for species-appropriate nutrition and a sustainable lifestyle. At the same time, they developed an enthusiasm for kombucha, a live, fermented food that facilitates access to bioactive microorganisms. Following their grandparents' tradition, they founded Fairment to bring fermented nutrition back into everyday life. Their search for the ideal brewing process led them to the importance of water and the realization that premium kombucha requires premium, spring-quality water. LEOGANT water provided the perfect foundation for their vital kombucha. Fairment became Germany's first commercially available, certified organic, raw kombucha. Thanks to their efforts, Fairment was the first German kombucha brewery to brew their kombucha with filtered and vitalized water from LEOGANT. Their positive experience quickly spread throughout the community, and since then LEOGANT has become a byword for water quality in the kombucha scene.
