BERLIN SCHOOL OF COFFEE
Right in the heart of the West of Berlin lies the Berlin School of Coffee, the island for all coffee stranded people. Here you can find professional barista training, coffee know-how and creative, individual customer service. Joachim Kühne, CoffeeMaster of BSOC invited us together with Simone König of Good Spirits to a cupping (coffee tasting) in July 2014. Thomas was armed with our vitalization for therapists the UMH Delta. The whole afternoon was spent tasting. Energized water and normal water, café from Uganda etc. In the end it was clear. No matter which coffee was tasted, with the energized water it was "tastier". Joachim would now express in more detail what exactly the water does to the coffee. In short, of course, we built a vitalization into their beautiful training room and so spring water now flows in the BSOC.
