BERLIN SCHOOL OF COFFEE
In the heart of Berlin's west, you'll find the Berlin School of Coffee, a haven for all coffee lovers. They offer professional barista training, coffee expertise, and creative, personalized customer service. Joachim Kühne, CoffeeMaster of the BSOC, invited us together with Simone König from Good Spirits to a cupping (coffee tasting) in July 2014. Thomas was armed with our revitalization unit for therapists, the UMH Delta. We tasted all afternoon. Energized water and normal water, coffee from Uganda, etc. In the end, it was clear. No matter which coffee was tasted, it was "tastier" with the energized water. Joachim would now express in more detail what exactly the water does to the coffee. In short, we installed a revitalization unit in their beautiful training room, so spring water now flows in the BSOC as well.
