MOSCOW-DELHI
Moscow-Delhi. Behind this melodious name is a small, fine vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Moscow, the red city. If you think of typical dishes like solyanka or borscht, you're way off. Because the Moscow-Delhi transports its guests to traditional India with extraordinary dishes. Johann-Mickael Bott and his wife Galina Efimovna actually both come from the creative sector, but they became hopelessly addicted to traditional Indian cuisine and culture years ago. And while the couple is passionate about hospitality warmth, the Nepalese dream team of the kitchen conjures up the most delicious dishes outside the Indian subcontinent with great skill and without the help of electronic gadgets. Kashmir mint soup, pumpkin curry, pancakes with date chutney, peanut rolls with sesame seeds - one culinary poem follows the next. With the help of our gold-plated water vitalisation devices and activated carbon filters, all kinds of delicacies and juices are prepared in the alchemical kitchen with the energising LEOGANT water. By the way, the Moscow-Delhi can seat just 12 people. So: Dawai dawai, what are you waiting for!
