MOSCOW-DELHI
Moscow-Delhi. Behind this euphonious name hides a small, fine, vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Moscow, the red city. If you're thinking of typical dishes like solyanka or borscht, you're way off. Because the Moscow-Delhi whisks its guests away with extraordinary dishes to traditional India. Johann-Mickael Bott and his wife Galina Efimovna both come from the creative sector, but have been hopelessly addicted to traditional Indian cuisine and culture for years. And while the couple passionately extends warm hospitality, the Nepalese dream team in the kitchen skillfully conjures up the most delicious dishes outside the Indian subcontinent without the help of electronic devices. Kashmir mint soup, pumpkin curry, pancakes with date chutney, peanut rolls with sesame – one culinary poem follows the next. With the help of our gold-plated water revitalization devices and activated carbon filters, all kinds of delicacies and juices are prepared in the alchemical kitchen with the energizing LEOGANT water. Incidentally, there is only room for 12 people in Moscow-Delhi. So: Dawai dawai, what are you waiting for!
