BLACK EAGLE
The Schwarze Adler in picturesque Vogtsburg-Oberbergen is much more than just a restaurant - it is an institution. For over 50 years, the establishment has embodied French cuisine at the highest level and has established itself as an integral part of German gastronomic history. Awarded a Michelin star in 1969, this traditional establishment is run by the Keller family, who set standards with their outstanding hospitality, incomparable wine expertise and uncompromising pursuit of perfection. Under the management of patron Fritz Keller and head chef Christian Baur, the Schwarzer Adler retains its unmistakable character: classic French elegance paired with a passion for exquisite ingredients and precision craftsmanship. The combination of exceptional cuisine and one of the most impressive wine lists in Germany makes every visit an unforgettable experience. Thanks to the close collaboration with Bettina Keller and her family, every detail was perfected in a painstaking process lasting almost a year. The result is a concept that meets the high standards of the Schwarzer Adler and its guests. Sustainability and quality are among the Schwarzer Adler's core values. The decision to offer LEOGANT water in future is therefore a special distinction for us. With this step, the Schwarzer Adler is sending out a powerful signal: Sustainability and the highest quality standards can go hand in hand. Guests not only enjoy outstanding cuisine and excellent wines, but also pure, vitalized water - in line with the highest standards that both the Schwarzer Adler and LEOGANT share. We are proud to be part of this unique culinary work of art and would like to thank the Keller family and their team for their trust.
