Just like water, coffee is part of our everyday life. Moreover, coffee and water are inseparable. In our society, coffee is more associated with pleasure than water. Therefore, when it comes to coffee perfectionism, the question of water quality is obvious. Simone, Mascha and Florian from Good Spirits Berlin have long been among our friends. They had one of their first test laboratories with us shortly after the opening of our showroom, for a few months, in a room that was still free at that time. We still remember the atmosphere of the shared flat and the constant smell of coffee with pleasure. From the love of coffee, a lot of hard work and joy, the former startup has now become one of the best producers of cold brew coffee. The coffee is selected with a masterly barista hand and lies for many hours in a special water, which was previously refined by a Leogant water concept. The result is a wonderful, nuanced, soft and aromatic cold coffee, which actually reminds more of the refinement of a wine than of normal coffee. In summer with a little coconut water on ice or with a shot of vodka, the drink for connoisseurs. It is now available in many places in Berlin and even beyond the city limits.
