Just like water, coffee is part of our daily lives. Coffee and water are also inextricably linked. In our society, coffee is more associated with enjoyment than water. Therefore, it makes sense that when it comes to perfectionism in the coffee sector, the question of water quality is obvious. Simone, Mascha and Florian from Good Spirits Berlin have been our friends for a long time. They had one of their first experimental labs shortly after the opening of our showroom, for a few months, in a space that was still available at our place back then. We still fondly remember the shared apartment atmosphere and the constant smell of coffee. Out of the love for coffee, a lot of hard work and joy, the former startup has now become one of the best manufacturers for Cold Brew Coffee. The coffee is selected with masterful barista skills and lies for many hours in a special water, which was previously refined by a LEOGANT water concept. The result is a wonderful, nuanced, soft and aromatic cold coffee, which is more reminiscent of the refinement of a wine than normal coffee. In summer with some coconut water on ice or with a shot of vodka, the drink for connoisseurs. Now available in many places in Berlin and even beyond the city limits.
