Adina Bier was one of the true pioneers of handcrafted fermented beverages in Berlin. Over a decade, Adina has honed the craft and her recipes, taking kombucha and water kefir to the next level. As an original Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Adina focused on gut health early on. As a result, fermentation is of great importance to her, so GUT. DARM. was born with a mission to help your health. Of course, the tea and SCOBY mushroom have implications for kombucha production, but Adina sees water as the main ingredient. To perfect her products, working with a LEOGANT filter concept was an important decision for her. Adina notices the difference every day in the production, fermentation and taste of her distinctive kombucha and water kefir. Unfortunately, Adina decided to close GUT.GUT in 2020. We still miss the delicious kombuchas and kefirs today.
